Goggles are important in order to protect the eyes, nose and face from stick or ball injuries in women's lacrosse. They are recommended by the ELA. some schools and clubs are making them mandatory
The player needs a product that gives protection, comfort and vision. Not all goggles are the same, in fact there are some 30 different types available. We believe that trying goggles on is the only way to find the right model for the player. When trying goggles , make sure you are holding a stick and ball, try and replicate a game situation . The player can then make an informed judgement .
